| Description | This APC Switched Rack PDU power distribution unit has a wide range of standardized PDU features that increase network efficiency, manageability and functionality. The output and input connections are (8)C13. Network management capabilities allow you to configure and manage rack PDUs from remote locations. It has has a local current monitoring display that gives a visible warning in case of an overload. The remote individual outlet control provides real-time monitoring of connected loads. It has a multi-tier user access that enables you to restrict unauthorized use of outlets. This rack has a single input power source making it easy to install. |
APC Switched Rack Power Distribution Units (PDUs) enable advanced, user-customizable power control and active monitoring Remote outlet level controls allow power on/off functionality for power recycling to remotely reboot equipment and restrict unauthorized use of individual outlets Power sequencing delays allow users to define the order in which to power up or down attached equipment Avoid circuit overload during power recovery and extend uptime of critical equipment by prioritizing the load shedding Current metering provides real-time remote monitoring of connected loads Switched Rack PDUs include real power monitoring, a temperature/humidity sensor port, locking IEC receptacles, and low profile circuit breakers User-defined alarms warn of potential circuit overloads before critical IT failures occur Users can access, configure, and control Switched Rack PDUs through secure Web, SNMP, or Telnet Interfaces and is complimented by APC Centralized Management platforms using InfraStruxure Central, Capacity Manager and Change Manager |
APC Metered Rack Power Distribution Units (PDUs) provide active metering to enable energy optimization and circuit protection. The output and input connections are (30) C13 & (12) C19, and the cable length is 1.83m. User-defined alarm thresholds mitigate risk with real-time local and remote alerts to warn of potential circuit overloads. Metered Rack PDUs provide power utilization data to allow Data Center Managers to make informed decisions on load balancing and right sizing IT environments to lower total cost of ownership. Metered Rack PDUs include real power monitoring, a temperature/humidity sensor port, locking IEC receptacles, and ultra low profile circuit breakers. Users can access and configure Metered Rack PDUs through secure Web, SNMP, or Telnet Interfaces which are complimented by APC Centralized Management platforms using InfraStruxure Central, Operations, Capacity, and Energy Efficiency. |
APC Metered Rack PDUs offer resilient power distribution and actively measure, display, and log volts, amps, real power (kW) & energy (kWh). This PDU offers LCD display, real-time remote monitoring and user-defined alarms to help prevent circuit overloads that can cause accidental power loss to critical equipment. Historical reporting enables users to meter customer power usage, optimize energy use as well as plan for capacity . This zeroU PDU can operate at up to 60 degrees Celsius and can be accessed, configured, and managed remotely via EcoStruxure IT, Web, SNMP and Command Line Interface. Power is supplied to the PDU at 220-240 volts via IEC 309 2P + E plug with a 3m (10 ft) cord while power comes out at 230 volts through (18) C13 and (2) C19 locking outlets. It integrates with EcoStruxure IT, and daisy-chaining is supported to monitoring up to 4 PDUs from 1 IP address as well as a local USB port for easy local firmware updates As a Green Premium product, this unit comes with a verified product environment profile, including carbon footprint, scope 3 emissions and end of life instructions. |
