Even power outages have no influence on this. The APC Smart-UPS On-Line then automatically supplies emergency power without having to switch. This way you prevent unwanted failure of, for example, a server, storage or switch. With the integrated network card and associated APC PowerChute Network Shutdown software, the UPS can send a shutdown signal via the network to multiple physical and/or virtual servers and have them shut down automatically and in a controlled manner when the UPS battery is almost empty. This way you prevent data loss, downtime and physical damage to hardware. Ultra Thanks to next-gen semiconductor technology, this APC Ultra UPS delivers 2200W in just a 1U form factor. Lithium-Ion The APC SRTL2KRM1UINC uses Li-Ion batteries, which provides unique advantages: -Longer life span.
